Taj Ltd delivers all across Pakistan.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: Rs. 200 | Delivery in 3-5 business days
Express Shipping: Rs. 350 | Delivery in 1-2 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Remote areas may take 1-2 extra days.

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all cities in Pakistan. Cash on Delivery COD is available nationwide.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order on our website.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@tajltd.com within 48 hours of delivery. Taj Ltd will send a replacement or refund.
